Spots are Filling For Our Mindfulness Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM) Program
The MBCPM is a 12-week evidence based trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed program designed specifically for those with chronic pain. It can help reduce pain, decrease stress and improve overall function.
Specialized one-on-one, or small, focused group therapy that empowers and teaches the tools required to improve one’s quality of life.
Yoga Therapy for athletes teaches slow, deep breaths to help trigger relaxation response and calm nervous system when under pressure to help athletes think clearly and improve decision-making skills.
