Spots are Filling For Our Mindfulness Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM) Program
The MBCPM is a 12-week evidence based trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed program designed specifically for those with chronic pain. It can help reduce pain, decrease stress and improve overall function.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy can help to prevent a problem or minimize its effects, allowing the body to resume daily life activities.
Yoga Therapy
Specialized one-to-one, or small, focused group therapy for children, adolescents and adults, that uses the tools of yoga for healing and to improve one’s quality of life.
MBCPM
A 12-week virtual program designed to support individuals with chronic pain to develop a mindfulness and meditation practice.
